I first ordered a frosted glass door for my hallway bathroom to allow light to filter since I have no windows in the hall. I believe it took about a month since it was special order. I recently ordered my entrance impact doors and I couldn't be more satisfied. I gave the deposit and the door was ready 2 months later just like they promised since it was a special order as well. Daimy from Mr.Doorman was very helpful with the measurements and all aspects of the order. She sent someone right away to confirm the measurements I gave her. The installation team was great and worked very fast! They cleaned up and hauled the old doors away. I also ordered a custom fire rated door that should be ready by the end of this month.

I called the company, scheduled a visit to my house. Alex, the owner, came on time took measures for my the doors and the windows. He is very knowledgeable. He gave me recommendations and options. He even adjusted a door that I had installed recently; which was not closing right. No charge. On the same day I went to his office. He showed me the doors and windows. I picked the one I liked. He asked for 75% down payment. I would not give no more than 35% to any contractor, but with Alex it feels like family. I am still waiting for his call to schedule an installation day.
